Nature Cameras Limited adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with
your purchase, notify us within 14 days and as long as the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging we will
refund the cost of goods less out going delivery charges within 14 days. We will request that the goods (in their original condition)
are returned at the consumers cost, and if they are not returned will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For business customers in the UK no order can be cancelled or accepted for credit without the prior written agreement of the Company.
If cancellation/credit is accepted by the Company, the Customer must obtain a returns authorisation number from the Company prior to
returning the Goods. Goods must then be returned, at the Customer's risk and expense, for receipt by the Company within 7 days of
their delivery by the Company and must be undamaged, unused, in re-saleable condition and in original packaging (which shall include
any of the Company's outer packaging). The Customer should return the Goods to "Returns, Nature Cameras Limited, 3 b Bonegate Road,
Brighouse, West Yorkshire HD6 1TQ quoting the order number and RMA. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for
providing proof of delivery of such return. Certain Goods are excluded from this right of return, including software, manuals which
have been opened and specially constructed items. Goods returned after 7 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' may be accepted
at the discretion of the Company but will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the invoice value of the Goods. If the goods show
signs of use, damage or are returned incomplete (including missing packaging) a further appropriate deduction will be made.
Our policy is to respond to all complaints within 2 working days at the latest. In practice we normally respond on the same day.
